【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales agreement will be established between you and our company, incorporating the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please carefully review and fully understand these Terms before placing your order.
If these Terms are translated into a language other than Japanese, the translated version is for reference only, and the official original text shall be the Japanese version. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and the translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Terms
1. The contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as described in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience, regardless of the reason, will not be accepted.
3. If a product is not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months after its return.
If requested by the customer, we will reship the item (shipping fees will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3-month period, regardless of the reason,
the customer shall be deemed to have abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where purchased products are returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons, and if we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for any damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product itself, the outer packaging and packing materials may be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to your order or combining deliveries (co-shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or any other reason, we will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the shipping address specified at the time of the order.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery time and ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we will not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or transfer.
7. Payment methods are limited to one-time credit card payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the limit have been made, regardless of the reason, we will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
9. If, after order confirmation, it is discovered that the customer has violated these terms, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price minus the shipping fee will be refunded.

We do not compensate for folds, discoloration, dents, stains, tears, or other damage or loss caused by the customer's storage methods, so please handle with extreme care.
Please note that the outer packaging and packing materials are for protecting the contents, and even if these materials are damaged, we do not provide compensation if the artwork/product itself is not damaged or lost.
(3) Payment can only be made by the orderer themselves; payment by proxy purchase is not accepted.
(4) After purchase, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience.
(5) Please be aware that if there is a frequent occurrence of misconduct, such as using bots, sales may be suspended.
(6) As the edition size is variable, please check the purchase page for the current price. (We cannot answer via phone or email)
(7) We do not accept any inquiries regarding artwork by phone.
