Yume Lion is the first picture book written and illustrated by Takashi Murakami.
The story unfolds with a rich variety of onomatopoeia that matches the ever-changing expressions of Yume Lion, from the "Gwaaa" or "Zubibi" while sleeping to a surprised "Fuhi?". It is a heartwarming book featuring the vibrant Yume Lion and motifs reflecting Murakami's distinct Japanese worldview—such as yokai and Showa-style Japanese houses—all rendered in a gentle watercolor style.

Purchase Agreement

Upon confirmation of your order, a sales agreement consisting of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") will be concluded. Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully review and fully understand these Terms before placing your order.

  1. The contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping date, and other terms and conditions of sale of the products shall be as stated in your order and these Terms and Conditions.
  2. When a customer clicks the order button, the order is confirmed at that point. After an order has been confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, and exchanges initiated by the customer are not permitted under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.
  3. If a product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for three months after its return and will re-deliver it upon the customer's request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
    However, if the customer does not receive the product within these three months, regardless of the reason, the customer will be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
  4. Once your order has been confirmed, customers may not change the details of their purchase (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address. It is also not possible to add items to your order or to consolidate multiple orders (ship together) after your order has been confirmed.
  5. Regardless of whether due to a customer's relocation, move, or any other reason, we will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order. If you are planning a relocation or move, please make sure the shipping address is correct when placing your order, taking into account the delivery period. Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, move, or other reasons.
  6. Payment is limited to a one-time credit card payment.
    No other payment methods are accepted.
  7. Some products have sales restrictions, such as purchase limits. If we discover that you have purchased more than the restricted amount, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you, regardless of the reason.
  8. After an order is confirmed, if a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force, or if there are other unavoidable circumstances, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
    In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.

Delivery period

We will ship items as they become ready. Please note that your order may not be shipped in the order it was placed.

  • Purchases can only be made through our web shop. We do not accept reservations or pre-orders by phone or email, nor do we offer in-store sales.
  • Payment can only be made by credit card. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not possible after purchase due to customer convenience.
