【Terms of Purchase】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales contract will be formed based on the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please carefully review and fully understand these Terms before placing your order.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, exchanges, etc., due to customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If the product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it,
we will store it for 3 months after its return, and we will reship it (shipping costs borne by the customer) if requested by the customer.
However, if the customer does not receive the product within these 3 months, regardless of the reason,
the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason,
and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open it to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior and packaging will be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding products or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. We will not deliver or transfer products to any address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order, regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
If you plan to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or similar reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to a single credit card payment.
Other payment methods are not available.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as quantity limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased more than the limit, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales contract with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price minus shipping costs will be refunded.
