【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract will be formed based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review these Terms and fully understand them before placing your order.
Terms:
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as described in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that point.
Once your order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience will not be accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is not received by the customer and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months after its return.
We will re-deliver the product upon your request (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where the purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons,
if we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior and packaging may be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to your order or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of customer relocation, moving, or any other reason, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order.
If you plan to relocate or move, please consider the delivery period and ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We shall not be held responsible if you are unable to receive the product due to relocation or moving.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payment.
Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased beyond the limit, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales contract with you for any reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.

【Shipping Information】

・Shipments will be dispatched in the order that they are prepared.

・We cannot accommodate specific delivery dates or times for parcels.
・Domestic shipping fees are included in the product price.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you registered at the time of purchase.
