【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement consisting of the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") will be concluded.
Therefore, please carefully review these Terms and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is delivered but not accepted by the customer and is returned to us,
we will store it for 3 months after its return, and upon the customer's request, we will reship it (shipping fees borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not accept the product within these 3 months, regardless of the reason,
the customer will be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a product purchased by you is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason,
and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for any damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the exterior and packaging may be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address whatsoever.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not permitted.
6. We will not ship or redirect products to any address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order, regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or any other reason.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure there are no mistakes in the shipping address when placing your order.
Please note that we will not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments.
Payment by other methods is not possible.
8. Some products may have restrictions on purchase quantity.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the limit have been made, we will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
