【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract consisting of the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") shall be concluded.
Therefore, please carefully read and fully understand these Terms before placing your order.
Terms
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other terms of sale for the product shall be as specified in your order and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that time.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of sales contract), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If a product is not received by the customer and is returned to us,
we will store it for 3 months after its return and will reship it upon customer request (shipping fees to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product upon expiration of said period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where purchased products are returned to us due to refusal to accept, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons,
if we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the outer packaging will be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding products or combining deliveries (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not permitted.
6. We will not deliver or transfer products to any address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order, regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
If you plan to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to one-time credit card payments.
Payments by other methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales contract with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
