【Terms of Purchase】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales agreement will be established containing the following items (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions").
Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review and fully understand these Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other terms of sale for the product shall be as described in your order details and these Terms and Conditions.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that time.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If the product is not received by the customer and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months after its return, and we will arrange for re-delivery (delivery fee to be borne by the customer) upon your request.
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, for any reason whatsoever, the customer will be deemed to have abandoned ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package and check for damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the outer packaging will be reused, so please be aware of this in advance.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding products or consolidating shipments (combined shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. We will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address specified at the time of order, regardless of customer relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we will not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or transfer.
7. Payment methods are limited to a single lump-sum payment by credit card.
Payment by other methods is not possible.
8. Some products may have restrictions on purchase quantity or sales.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the restriction have been made, we will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms and Conditions by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force, or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
