【Terms of Purchase】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales agreement will be concluded based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please carefully review these Terms and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges are not permitted for any reason due to customer convenience.
3. If a product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it after delivery,
we will store it for three months after its return, and if requested by the customer, we will re-deliver it (delivery fees borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said three months, for whatever reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons,
and if we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the outer packaging will be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments after order confirmation is also not permitted.
6. We will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the shipping address provided at the time of the order, regardless of the customer's relocation, move, or other reasons.
If you have plans to relocate or move, please consider the delivery period and ensure there are no mistakes in the shipping address when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible for any inability of the customer to receive the product due to relocation or moving.
7. Payment methods are limited to one-time credit card payments.
Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding these limits have been made, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer for any reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be associated with anti-social forces,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
※A maximum of 3 items, regardless of type or size, can be purchased per transaction.
