【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement is established based on the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please carefully review these Terms and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Terms
1. The contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that point.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If a product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it after delivery,
we will store it for three months after its return. If requested by the customer, we will resend it (delivery fees borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said three months, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiry of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons,
when we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the outer packaging will be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding items to an order or consolidating shipments (combined shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. We will not deliver or transfer products to any address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order, regardless of customer relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery timeframe and ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we will not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or transfer.
7. Payment is limited to a one-time credit card payment.
Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as quantity limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding these limits have been made, we will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if the customer is found to be associated with anti-social forces,
or in other unavoidable circumstances, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus shipping fees.
*By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to the above.
We kindly ask for your understanding and consent before making a purchase.

（１）Purchases are restricted to the WEB SHOP only.
We do not accept reservations or holds via phone or email, nor do we sell in stores.

（３）Payment is limited to the person who placed the order; we do not accept payments from代理購入 (proxy purchases).
（４）Please note that if there are frequent violations of etiquette, such as using bots, we may discontinue sales.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when purchasing the product.
