【Purchase Agreement】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales contract will be established containing the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please thoroughly review and understand these Terms before placing your order.
Details:
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it after delivery,
we will store it for 3 months after its return, and if requested by the customer, we will re-deliver it (delivery fees borne by the customer).
However, if the customer fails to receive the product within the said 3 months, for any reason whatsoever,
the customer shall be deemed to have abandoned ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or any other reason,
and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the outer packaging and packing materials will be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address.
Adding products or combining deliveries (shipping together) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. We will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order, regardless of customer relocation, transfer, or any other reason.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we shall not be held responsible for any inability of the customer to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or similar reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to one-time credit card payments.
Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase limits.
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if any other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
*By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms.
