【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement consisting of the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") will be established.
Therefore, please review these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Details:
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as described in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted, regardless of the reason.
3. If a product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it, we will store the product for three months from the date of return and will reship it upon customer request (shipping fees will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within these three months, regardless of the reason, the customer will be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product upon expiration of the period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, if we deem it necessary, we may open the package at our discretion to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior and packaging may be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding products or combining deliveries (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. We will not ship or transfer products to any address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order, regardless of customer relocation, moving, or other reasons.
If you have plans to relocate or move, please consider the delivery period and ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or moving.
7. Payment methods are limited to one-time credit card payments.
Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions on the quantity that can be purchased.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding these restrictions have been made, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if it is found that the customer is associated with anti-social forces, or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price minus shipping fees will be refunded.
