【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement will be established containing the following items (hereinafter referred to as "these terms").
Therefore, please read and fully understand these terms before placing your order.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that point.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of sales agreement), returns, exchanges, etc., due to customer's convenience are not possible for any reason whatsoever.
3. If the product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it after delivery,
we will store it for 3 months after its return, and if requested by the customer, we will reship it (shipping fees borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
the customer shall be deemed to have abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we may dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons,
and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open it to check for damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the outer packaging and packing materials will be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address whatsoever.
Adding products or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. We will not deliver or forward products to an address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order, regardless of the customer's relocation, move, or other reasons.
If you plan to relocate or move, please be careful not to make a mistake in the shipping address when placing your order, considering the time until delivery.
Please note that we are not responsible whatsoever if the customer cannot receive the product due to relocation or move.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payment.
Payment by other methods is not possible.
8. Some products have sales restrictions, such as quantity limits.
If it is discovered that a purchase exceeds the limit, we will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if it is found that the customer is an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price will be refunded after deducting shipping costs.
※A maximum of 3 items per type and size can be purchased per transaction.

(1) Purchases are limited to the WEB SHOP only.
We do not accept reservations or holds via phone or email, nor do we sell in stores.
