Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
We are unable to accommodate specific delivery dates or times. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.
Out-of-stock items will be automatically canceled.
【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement is established between you and our company, the content of which is specified in the following items (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please carefully review these Terms and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Details:
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
We will re-deliver the product upon your request (delivery costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
the customer will be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason, and if we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the contents for damage or defects.
Please note that if no damage or defects are found in the contents, the exterior and packaging may be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) is also not permitted after order confirmation.
6. Regardless of reasons such as the customer's relocation or move, we will not deliver or transfer products to an address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order.
If you have plans for relocation or moving, please consider the delivery period and ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, moving, or similar circumstances.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as quantity limits.
If a purchase exceeding these limits is discovered, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be a member of anti-social forces,
or if any other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
