【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. Product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping timing, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. An order is confirmed the moment you click the order button.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to us, we will hold the item for 3 months from the date of return and will reship it upon your request (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within said 3-month period, the customer shall be deemed to have waived ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In the event that a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for any damage to the product inside if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the exterior packaging may be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address cannot be made for any reason.
Addition of items or combined shipping for confirmed orders is also not possible.
6. Regardless of moving, relocation, or any other reason, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you have plans to move or relocate, please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when ordering, taking into account the delivery timeframe.
Please note that we will not be held responsible if you are unable to receive the product due to moving or relocation.
7. The only accepted payment method is credit card (lump-sum payment). Other payment methods are not available.
8. Some products may have purchase quantity limits.
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer for any reason.
9. If, after an order is confirmed, it is discovered that the customer has violated these Terms, is a member of an antisocial force, or if other unavoidable circumstances arise, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price minus shipping fees will be refunded.
