【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】

By confirming your order, a sales contract between you and our company is formed, incorporating the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Note
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. Clicking the order button confirms your order. Once the order is confirmed, no cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience will be accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months after the return.
Upon your request, we will reship the product (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within said 3-month period, the customer shall be deemed to have waived their ownership rights to the product upon the expiration of that period, regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the product inside if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the exterior packaging may be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers may not change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address under any circumstances.
Adding items to an existing order or combining multiple orders for shipment is also not possible after confirmation.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, change of address, or any other reason, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the delivery address provided at the time of the order.
If you have plans to move, please ensure the delivery address is correct when ordering, taking into account the time until shipment.
We shall not be held liable even if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or other such reasons.
7. Payment must be made in full via credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products have purchase quantity limits. If it is discovered that you have purchased more than the limit, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you, regardless of the reason.
9. After confirming your order, if we discover that you have violated these Terms, that you are involved with anti-social forces, or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales contract with you at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price excluding the shipping fee.

We will not issue refunds, returns, exchanges, or returns of payment for customer convenience after purchase.
