【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement is established between you and our company, encompassing the following provisions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review and fully understand these Terms before placing your order.
Details:
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as specified in your order content and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that point.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges are strictly not permitted, regardless of the reason or customer's convenience.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months after the return.
We will re-deliver the product upon the customer's request (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
it shall be deemed that the customer has forfeited ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product itself, the exterior and packaging may be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of the reason, such as the customer's relocation or move, we will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order.
If you have plans for relocation or moving, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible for any inability of the customer to receive the product due to relocation, moving, or similar reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to single credit card payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the limit have been made, we will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if it is found that the customer is an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
