【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following items (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").

Notes
1. The details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other terms of sale for the products shall be as specified in your order details and these Terms.
2. Your order is finalized at the moment you click the order button.
Once an order is finalized, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is returned to us because the customer failed to receive it, we will hold the product for 3 months from the date of return and will reship it upon the customer's request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not claim the product within these 3 months, the customer will be deemed to have waived ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where products are returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if the contents are found to be undamaged, we may reuse the packaging materials.
5. Once an order is finalized, no changes to purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address can be made.
Adding items to an existing order or combining multiple orders for shipment is also not permitted.
6. Regardless of reasons such as the customer moving or relocating, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of ordering.
If you plan to move, please ensure the delivery address is correct when ordering, taking into account the time until delivery.
We are not responsible for any inability to receive the product due to the customer moving or relocating.
7. Payment must be made via a one-time credit card payment. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products have purchase limits (e.g., quantity).
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer for any reason.
9. If, after an order is finalized, a violation of these Terms is discovered, or it is found that the customer is associated with anti-social forces, or for other unavoidable reasons, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding shipping fees.
