【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales contract (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") will be established between you and our company, based on the following terms.
Therefore, please carefully review this agreement and ensure you fully understand it before placing your order.
Details:
1. The contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other terms of sale for the product shall be as stated in your order details and this agreement.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that point.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience will not be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If the product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for three months after its return.
We will accommodate redelivery (shipping costs borne by the customer) upon your request.
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said three months, for whatever reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has forfeited ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where purchased products are returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, if deemed necessary by our company, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior packaging will be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding products or consolidating shipments after an order is confirmed is also not possible.
6. We will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order, regardless of customer relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
If you plan to relocate or transfer, please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order, considering the delivery period.
Furthermore, we are not responsible if the customer cannot receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or similar reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to a single credit card payment. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding these restrictions have been made, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, for any reason whatsoever.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of this agreement by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, the product price, minus the shipping fee, will be refunded.
