【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is established between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing an order.
Note
1. Product content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other terms of sale shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. Your order is confirmed at the moment you click the order button.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
We will reship the product upon your request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the product is not received by the customer within said 3-month period, the customer shall be deemed to have waived ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for any damage to the contents if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if the contents are found to be undamaged, the outer packaging and wrapping materials may be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, changes to purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address cannot be made for any reason.
Addition of items or combined shipping after order confirmation is also not permitted.
6. We will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order, regardless of any relocation, move, or other reasons on the part of the customer.
If you plan to move, please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order, taking into account the time until shipment.
We shall not be held liable for any reason if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or other such circumstances.
7. Payment must be made in one lump sum by credit card. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have purchase limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased more than the limit, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you for any reason.
9. After order confirmation, if a violation of these Terms is discovered, if it is determined that the customer is affiliated with anti-social forces, or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, the product price excluding shipping costs will be refunded.
