【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement is established between you and our company, the contents of which are the following matters (hereinafter referred to as "these terms").
Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review these terms and fully understand them before placing your order.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that time.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If the product is returned to our company because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for 3 months after its return,
and will arrange for re-delivery (shipping costs borne by the customer) upon your request.
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiry of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to our company due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, and our company deems it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents of the product.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior and packaging may be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to an order or consolidating shipments after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or any other reason, our company will not deliver or forward products to an address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that there are no errors in the shipping address when placing your order.
Please note that our company bears no responsibility whatsoever if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have restrictions on sales, such as quantity limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the limit have been made, our company will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, it is discovered that the customer has violated these terms, or if the customer is found to be an antisocial force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at its discretion.
In such cases, the product price minus shipping fees will be refunded.
