【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the items below (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. Product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other sales conditions shall be as specified in your order and these Terms.
2. Your order is confirmed at the moment you click the order button.
Once the order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
We will re-ship the item upon the customer's request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not claim the product within these 3 months, the customer will be deemed to have waived ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If purchased products are returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion and if deemed necessary, open the package to check for any damage to the contents.
Please note that if the contents are found to be undamaged, the outer packaging and materials may be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address are not permitted.
We cannot add items or combine shipments for orders after they have been confirmed.
6. Regardless of moving, relocation, or any other reason, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you have plans to move or relocate, please be careful to enter the correct delivery address when ordering, considering the time until delivery.
We assume no responsibility if the customer is unable to receive the product due to moving or relocation.
7. Payment must be made by a single credit card payment. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products have purchase limits, such as quantity restrictions.
If it is discovered that a purchase exceeds these limits, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer for any reason.
9. If it is discovered after order confirmation that the customer has violated these Terms, is found to be affiliated with anti-social forces, or other unavoidable circumstances arise, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price excluding shipping costs.
