【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract between you and our company is formed, encompassing the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully review these Terms and fully understand them before placing your order.
Details:
1. The contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of sales contract), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience will not be accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for three months after its return.
We will re-ship it upon the customer's request (shipping costs borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within these three months, regardless of the reason,
the customer will be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product upon the expiration of this period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the contents for damage.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior packaging may be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or other reasons, we will not ship or forward products to an address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order.
If you have plans for relocation or transfer, please consider the shipping period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible if the customer cannot receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding these restrictions have been made, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, the product price, minus shipping fees, will be refunded.
