【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement is formed between you and our company, containing the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, before placing your order, please carefully review these Terms and ensure you fully understand them.
Terms:
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are strictly not permitted, regardless of the reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for three months after its return.
We will arrange redelivery upon the customer's request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer fails to receive the product within the said three months, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product upon expiration of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where a purchased product is returned to our company due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, and if our company deems it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the outer packaging and packing materials will be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding products or consolidating shipments (combined shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or any other reason, our company will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order.
If you have plans for relocation or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that our company shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or transfer.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, our company will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may, at its discretion, cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
In such cases, the product price minus the shipping fee will be refunded.
