【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is established between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. Product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other terms of sale shall be as specified in your order and these Terms.
2. Once you click the order button, your order is considered finalized.
Once an order is finalized, no cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience will be accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is returned to our company because it was not received by the customer, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
We will reship the item upon the customer's request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer fails to claim the product within those 3 months, they shall be deemed to have waived their ownership rights to the product regardless of the reason, and the item will be disposed of at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the product for damage if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if the product itself is not damaged, we may reuse the outer packaging materials.
5. Once an order is finalized, no changes can be made to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
We cannot add items to an existing order or combine multiple orders for a single shipment after the order is confirmed.
6. Regardless of moving, relocation, or any other reason, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one specified at the time of order.
If you have plans to move or relocate, please take shipping times into account and ensure you enter the correct delivery address when ordering.
Our company will not be held liable if the customer is unable to receive the product due to moving or relocation.
7. Payment must be made in full via credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products have purchase limits (e.g., quantity).
If it is discovered that the purchase limit has been exceeded, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer for any reason.
9. If it is discovered after order confirmation that the customer has violated these Terms, or if it is found that the customer is affiliated with anti-social forces, or if any other unavoidable circumstances arise, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price, excluding shipping fees, will be refunded.
