【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement is established between you and us, the content of which is specified in the following items (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review these Terms and fully understand them before placing your order.
Details:
1. The contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are strictly not permitted, regardless of the reason.
3. If a product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for three months after its return.
Upon your request, we will arrange for redelivery (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said three months, regardless of the reason,
at the expiration of that period, the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, and if we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior packaging may be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers are strictly prohibited from making any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding items to an order or consolidating shipments (combining deliveries) after an order is confirmed is also not permitted.
6. We will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address specified at the time of order, regardless of the customer's relocation, move, or any other reason.
If you plan to relocate or move, please consider the delivery period and ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or move.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the limit have been made, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an antisocial force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price, minus shipping fees, will be refunded.
