【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly ask that you read these Terms carefully and fully agree to them before placing your order.
Notes
1. The details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other terms of sale for the products shall be as specified in your order details and these Terms.
2. Your order is confirmed at the moment you click the "Order" button.
Once confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's request will not be accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is returned to us because it was not received by the customer, it will be held at our facility for 3 months from the date of return.
We can arrange for re-delivery upon your request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not claim the product within these 3 months, the customer will be deemed to have waived ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion and if deemed necessary, open the package to check the contents for damage.
Please note that if the contents are found to be undamaged, the outer packaging and wrapping materials will be reused.
5. Once the order is confirmed, no changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address are permitted.
It is not possible to add items or combine shipments for multiple orders after confirmation.
6. Regardless of any change of residence, relocation, or other reasons, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you plan to move, please ensure you use the correct delivery address when ordering, taking into account the delivery timeframe.
We shall not be held liable in any way if you are unable to receive the product due to relocation or other such reasons.
7. Payment must be made by a one-time credit card payment. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products have purchase limits. If it is discovered that you have exceeded these limits, we will immediately cancel the sales contract regardless of the reason.
9. If it is discovered after order confirmation that the customer has violated these Terms, is affiliated with anti-social forces, or for other unavoidable reasons, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract.
In such cases, we will refund the product price excluding the shipping fee.
