Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
We cannot accept specific dates or times for delivery. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.
Out-of-stock items will be automatically canceled.
【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company, containing the following provisions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully review and fully understand these Terms before placing your order.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as described in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that point.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months from the return date.
Upon your request, we will re-deliver the item (shipping costs borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3-month period, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has forfeited ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to our company due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason, and if we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for any damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the exterior and packaging may be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding products or consolidating deliveries (combined shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of reasons such as the customer's relocation or move, our company will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address specified at the time of order.
If you have plans for relocation or moving, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that our company shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, moving, or similar circumstances.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Payment by other methods is not possible.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase limits.
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, our company reserves the right to immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if it is found that the customer is an anti-social force,
or if any other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may, at its discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, the product price minus shipping fees will be refunded.
