【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between the customer and our company, governed by the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. Product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order and these Terms.
2. Your order is confirmed at the moment you click the order button.
Once confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is returned to us because the customer failed to receive it, we will hold the item for 3 months from the date of return.
We will reship the item upon the customer's request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not claim the product within these 3 months, the customer will be deemed to have waived ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In the event that a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we reserve the right to open the package and inspect the contents for damage at our discretion.
Please note that if the contents are found to be undamaged, the original exterior packaging and materials may be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers may not change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address under any circumstances.
Adding items to an existing order or combining multiple orders for shipment is also not permitted.
6. Regardless of relocation, moving, or any other reason, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you anticipate moving or relocating, please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order, taking into account the time until shipment.
We assume no responsibility if the customer cannot receive the product due to relocation or similar circumstances.
7. Payment must be made by a one-time credit card payment. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products may have purchase quantity limits.
If it is discovered that a purchase exceeds these limits, we will immediately cancel the sales contract, regardless of the reason.
9. We reserve the right to cancel the sales contract at our discretion if it is discovered after order confirmation that the customer has violated these Terms, is associated with anti-social forces, or for other unavoidable reasons.
In such cases, the product price, excluding shipping fees, will be refunded.
