Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is established between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. Product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other sales conditions shall be as described in your order details and these Terms.
2. Once you click the order button, your order is confirmed. After confirmation, no cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges for customer-related reasons will be accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is delivered but remains unclaimed and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
We will reship the product upon your request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the product is not claimed within said 3-month period, you will be deemed to have waived ownership of the product, and we will dispose of it at our discretion, regardless of the reason.
4. In the event that a product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the product for damage if deemed necessary.
Please note that if the product is found to be undamaged, we may reuse the outer packaging and materials.
5. Once an order is confirmed, changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address are not permitted.
Adding items or requesting combined shipping after order confirmation is not possible.
6. Regardless of any change of residence or other reasons, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you plan to move, please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when ordering, taking into account the time until delivery.
We shall not be held liable for any issues if you are unable to receive the product due to moving or other such reasons.
7. Payment must be made in full via credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products have purchase quantity limits. If it is discovered that you have exceeded these limits, we will immediately cancel the sales contract, regardless of the reason.
9. We reserve the right to cancel the sales contract at our discretion if it is discovered after order confirmation that you have violated these Terms, if you are found to be involved in anti-social forces, or for other unavoidable reasons.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding shipping fees.
