【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】

By confirming your order, a sales contract is established between the customer and our company, the content of which is defined by the following terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Note
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the products shall be as described in your order details and these Terms.
2. When the customer clicks the "Place Order" button, the order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, regardless of the reason, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted under any circumstances.
3. If a product is delivered but remains uncollected by the customer and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
Upon the customer's request, we will arrange for re-delivery (the customer bears the shipping costs).
However, if the customer does not collect the product within said 3-month period, regardless of the reason, the customer shall be deemed to have waived their ownership rights to the product at the end of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where the purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged exterior, or other reasons, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to open the package to check for any damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the items, the exterior packaging may be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers may not change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address under any circumstances.
It is also not possible to add items or combine orders for shipment after the order is confirmed.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, moving, or any other reasons, we will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you plan to move, please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order, taking into account the delivery timeframe.
We shall not be held liable for any loss if the customer cannot receive the product due to relocation or moving.
7. Payment must be made by a single credit card installment. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products have purchase quantity limits.
If it is discovered that a purchase exceeds these limits, regardless of the reason, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer.
9. If it is discovered after order confirmation that the customer has violated these Terms, or if it is determined that the customer is associated with anti-social forces, or if other unavoidable circumstances arise, we reserve the right to cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding the shipping fee.
