Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when purchasing the product.
We cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates or times. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.
Out-of-stock items will be automatically canceled.

【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】

By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company, containing the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review these Terms and fully understand them before placing your order.
Details:
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as described in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are strictly not possible, regardless of the reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months after its return.
We will reship it upon your request (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within these 3 months, regardless of the reason,
the customer will be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the outer packaging and packing materials may be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding products or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. We will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order, regardless of whether the customer has relocated, moved, or for any other reason.
If you plan to relocate or move, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible for any inability of the customer to receive the product due to relocation, moving, or other reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as quantity limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the limits have been made, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales contract with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price, minus shipping fees, will be refunded.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience after purchase.
