【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales agreement is established between you and our company, with the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these terms and conditions").
Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully review these terms and conditions and fully understand them before placing your order.
Details:
1. The product content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as specified in your order details and these terms and conditions.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is returned to our company because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for three months from the date of return.
We will accommodate re-delivery upon your request (shipping costs borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said three months, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has forfeited ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the outer packaging and packing materials may be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding items to an order or consolidating shipments (combining shipments) after an order is confirmed is also not possible.
6. Regardless of the reason, such as customer relocation or moving, we will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address specified at the time of order.
If you have plans for relocation or moving, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or moving.
7. Payment methods are limited to one-time credit card payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as quantity limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased more than the allowed limit, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales agreement with you, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after an order is confirmed, a violation of these terms and conditions by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
