【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales contract between you and our company is formed, containing the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement").
Therefore, please carefully review this agreement and ensure you fully understand it before placing your order.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and this agreement.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that time.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are strictly not allowed, regardless of the reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months after its return,
and will reship it upon customer request (shipping fees to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where the purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, and if our company deems it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for any damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the exterior and packaging may be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Our company will not deliver or transfer products to any address other than the delivery address specified at the time of order, regardless of customer relocation, moving, or any other reason.
If you have plans to relocate or move, please consider the delivery period and ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that our company shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, moving, or similar reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to a single credit card payment. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding these limits have been made, our company reserves the right to immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of this agreement by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may cancel the sales contract with the customer at its discretion.
In such cases, the product price minus shipping fees will be refunded.
