Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

【Purchase Agreement】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales agreement is established between you and our company, incorporating the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these terms").
Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully review these terms and fully understand them before placing your order.
Terms:
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges cannot be made for any reason due to customer convenience.
3. If a product is not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months after its return.
We will reship it upon customer request (customer is responsible for shipping fees).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the 3-month period, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to our company due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons, and our company deems it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the outer packaging and packing materials may be reused. Your understanding is appreciated.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Our company will not deliver or transfer products to any address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order, regardless of customer relocation, moving, or other reasons.
If you have plans to relocate or move, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that our company will not be held responsible if the customer cannot receive the product due to relocation, moving, or similar reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions based on purchase quantity.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the limit have been made, our company will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these terms by the customer is discovered, or if it is determined that the customer is an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may cancel the sales agreement with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price minus shipping fees will be refunded.
*A maximum of 2 items (up to 30 items total) can be purchased per transaction, regardless of size.
*By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms.
