【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following items (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other terms of sale for the products shall be as specified in your order details and these Terms.
2. Once you click the order button, your order is final.
After your order is finalized, we will not accept any cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges for any reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by you and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
Upon your request, we can reship the product (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if you do not claim the product within those 3 months, you will be deemed to have waived your ownership rights to the product, regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check the contents for damage if deemed necessary.
Please note that if no damage to the product inside is found, the outer packaging and wrapping may be reused.
5. After your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address.
We cannot add items to an existing order or combine shipments after an order has been finalized.
6. Regardless of any change of residence, relocation, or other reasons, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order.
If you are planning to move or relocate, please consider the shipping time and ensure you enter the correct delivery address when ordering.
We shall not be held liable in any way if you are unable to receive the product due to relocation or other reasons.
7. Payment must be made by credit card in a single lump sum. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Certain products may have purchase limits, such as quantity limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased more than the allowed limit, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you, regardless of the reason.
9. After your order is confirmed, if it is discovered that you have violated these Terms, if you are found to be an anti-social force, or if other unavoidable circumstances arise, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
