【Terms of Purchase】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales agreement is formed between you and our company, the content of which is specified in the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please carefully review these Terms and fully understand them before placing your order.
Details:
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as specified in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that time.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges are not possible for any reason due to customer convenience.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
We will arrange redelivery upon customer request (delivery fees borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the 3-month period, for any reason whatsoever,
the customer will be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we reserve the right to dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to our company due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason, and if our company deems it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior and packaging may be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding products or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Our company will not deliver or forward products to an address other than the delivery address specified at the time of order, regardless of the customer's relocation, move, or any other reason.
If you plan to relocate or move, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that our company shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, move, or any other such reason.
7. Payment methods are limited to a single lump-sum payment by credit card. Other payment methods are not available.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, our company will immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a customer's violation of these Terms is discovered after order confirmation, or if it is determined that the customer is an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may, at its discretion, cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
In such cases, the product price minus shipping fees will be refunded.
