【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing an order.
Notes
1. Product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping timing, and other terms of sale shall be as specified in your order details and these Terms.
2. Your order is confirmed at the moment you click the order button.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled (termination of the sales contract), returned, or exchanged for any reason at the customer's convenience.
3. If a product is returned to us because you did not receive it, we will store it for 3 months following the return.
We will accommodate a request for reshipment (at the customer's expense) if you contact us.
However, if you do not take delivery of the product within those 3 months, you will be deemed to have waived your ownership of the product for any reason, and it will be disposed of at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the product for damage if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if the product inside is not damaged, we will reuse the exterior packaging.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address.
We also cannot add items or combine shipments for orders after confirmation.
6. Regardless of any change of residence or other reasons, we will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you are planning to move, please ensure the delivery address is correct when ordering, taking into account the time until shipment.
We shall not be held liable if you are unable to receive the product due to relocation or other such reasons.
7. Payment must be made by credit card in a single lump-sum payment. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have limits on the quantity that can be purchased.
If it is discovered that purchases have exceeded these limits, we will immediately cancel the sales contract regardless of the reason.
9. After your order is confirmed, if a violation of these Terms is discovered, if you are found to be an anti-social force, or for other unavoidable reasons, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price excluding shipping fees.
