【Terms of Purchase】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales agreement between you and our company will be established, based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review these Terms and fully understand them before placing your order.
Details:
1. The contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that time.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of sales agreement), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience will not be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If the product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for 3 months after its return.
Upon your request, we will reship it (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, for any reason whatsoever,
at the expiration of that period, the customer shall be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for any damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage to the product inside is found, the outer packaging and packing materials may be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of customer relocation, transfer, or any other reason, we will not deliver or forward products to an address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order.
If you plan to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or other such reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to one-time credit card payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as quantity limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased more than the restricted amount, we will immediately cancel the sales agreement with you, for any reason whatsoever.
9. If, after order confirmation, it is discovered that the customer has violated these Terms, or if it is determined that the customer is an anti-social force,
or if any other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
