Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
We cannot accommodate specific delivery dates or times for your package. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.

【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is established between you and our company, the contents of which are the following items (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").
Therefore, we ask that you carefully review and fully understand this Agreement before placing your order.
Details
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other terms of sale for the product shall be as stated in your order details and this Agreement.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that point.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is returned to our company because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for 3 months after its return.
If requested by the customer, we will re-deliver it (delivery fees borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In cases where a purchased product is returned to our company due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, and our company deems it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior and packaging will be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot make any changes to the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding items to an order or consolidating shipments (combining deliveries) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Our company will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address specified at the time of order, regardless of customer relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that our company will not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or transfer.
7. Payment methods are limited to a single credit card payment. Payment by other methods is not possible.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions based on the purchase quantity.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding the limit have been made, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a customer's violation of this Agreement is discovered after order confirmation, or if it is found that the customer is an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may, at its discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
