【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Note
1. Product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping timing, and other sales conditions shall be as specified in your order details and these Terms.
2. Your order is confirmed at the moment you click the order button.
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot accept any cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges for customer reasons, regardless of the cause.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by you and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
We will re-ship the item upon your request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if you do not receive the product during that 3-month period, you will be deemed to have waived your ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the product for damage if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product itself, the exterior packaging and cushioning materials may be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address.
We also cannot accept additional items to be added to an existing order or combine separate orders for shipment.
6. Regardless of any change of address or relocation, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one specified at the time of order.
If you plan to move, please consider the shipping timeframe and ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of order is correct.
We shall not be held liable even if you are unable to receive the product due to relocation or moving.
7. Payment must be made in full via credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products have purchase limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased more than the limit, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you, regardless of the reason.
9. If we discover a violation of these Terms after order confirmation, if it is revealed that the customer is an anti-social force, or if other unavoidable circumstances occur, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding the shipping fee.
