【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following items (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we ask that you read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other conditions of sale shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, regardless of the reason, we cannot accept any cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience.
3. If a product is delivered but remains unclaimed and is returned to our company, we will hold it for 3 months after its return.
We will accommodate re-delivery (shipping costs to be borne by the customer) upon your request.
However, if the customer fails to claim the product within those 3 months, it will be considered that the customer has waived ownership of the product, regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. In the event that a product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we will, if deemed necessary by our company, open the package and check for any damage to the product inside at our discretion.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product, the packaging and wrapping materials will be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address under any circumstances.
Adding items to an existing order or combining shipments after an order has been confirmed is also not possible.
6. Regardless of any change of address, relocation, or any other reason, our company will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order.
If you are planning to move or relocate, please be careful to provide the correct delivery address when ordering, taking into account the time until delivery.
Furthermore, our company shall not be held liable in any way if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or other such reasons.
7. Payment must be made by a one-time credit card payment. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products have restrictions on purchase quantity, etc.
If it is discovered that a purchase exceeds these limits, our company will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after an order is confirmed, it is discovered that the customer has violated these Terms, is found to be an antisocial force, or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding the shipping fee.
