Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you registered at the time of purchase.

【Terms of Purchase】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales agreement will be established between you and our company, the contents of which are specified in the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review and fully understand these Terms before placing your order.
Details:
1. The product contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience are strictly not permitted, regardless of the reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months after its return.
We will re-deliver the product upon the customer's request (shipping fees will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has forfeited ownership of the product upon expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason, and if we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for any damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the exterior packaging may be reused. Your understanding is appreciated.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not permitted.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or any other reason, we will not ship or transfer products to an address other than the shipping address specified at the time of order.
If you plan to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or other reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase limits.
If it is discovered that a purchase exceeds these restrictions, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
In such cases, the product price, minus shipping fees, will be refunded.
