【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Note
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as described in your order and these Terms.
2. Once you click the order button, your order is considered confirmed.
After the order is confirmed, no cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's request will be accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is delivered but remains unreceived and is returned to our company, it will be stored for 3 months from the date of return.
We will re-ship it at the customer's request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within those 3 months, it will be deemed that the customer has waived their ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the packaging, or for other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the product for damage if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if the contents are found to be undamaged, we may reuse the outer packaging materials.
5. Once an order is confirmed, the customer cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address.
We also cannot add items or combine multiple orders for a single shipment after the order is confirmed.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, moving, or any other reason, we will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you have plans to move, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address, taking the shipping period into account.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to moving or relocation.
7. Payments must be made via credit card in a single installment. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have purchase limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased more than the allowed limit, we will immediately cancel the sales contract, regardless of the reason.
9. If we discover a violation of these Terms after an order is confirmed, if it is discovered that the customer is affiliated with antisocial forces, or for other unavoidable reasons, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding the shipping fee.
※Each purchase is limited to 2 items (up to 30 items total) regardless of the size.
