【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly ask that you read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. Your order is finalized the moment you click the order button.
Once an order is finalized, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience will not be accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is delivered but remains unreceived and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return and may reship it upon your request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the product is not claimed within said 3 months, you will be deemed to have waived your ownership rights to the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If products are returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged exterior, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the contents for damage if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if the contents are found to be undamaged, we will reuse the exterior packaging.
5. Once an order is finalized, customers may not change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address.
Additions to an order or combined shipping after an order is finalized are not possible.
6. Regardless of moving, relocation, or any other reason, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you anticipate moving or relocating, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order, taking into account the delivery timeframe.
We shall not be held liable if you are unable to receive the product due to moving or relocation.
7. Payment must be made in full via credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products may have purchase limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased more than the allowed limit, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you, regardless of the reason.
9. If it is discovered after your order is finalized that you have violated these Terms, that you are involved with anti-social forces, or for other unavoidable reasons, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding shipping costs.
