【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is established between you and our company, the contents of which are specified in the following items (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review and fully understand these Terms before placing your order.
Details
1. The product contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for 3 months after its return.
We will re-deliver upon the customer's request (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said 3 months, regardless of the reason,
the customer will be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product at the end of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the packaging, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage to the product inside is found, the outer packaging and packing materials will be reused.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding products or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. We will not deliver or transfer products to an address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order, regardless of the customer's relocation, move, or other reasons.
If you have plans for relocation or moving, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible if the customer cannot receive the product due to relocation, moving, or other reasons.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have restrictions on sales quantity.
If a purchase exceeding the limit is discovered, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if it is found that the customer is an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, the product price minus the shipping fee will be refunded.
