【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Note
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is finalized at that moment.
Once an order is finalized, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return.
We will accommodate requests for re-shipment during this period at the customer's expense.
However, if the customer does not claim the product within these 3 months, the customer will be deemed to have waived ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the product for damage.
Please note that if the product itself is not damaged, we may reuse the outer packaging.
5. Once an order is finalized, customers cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address.
Adding items to an existing order or combining orders (consolidated shipping) is also not possible.
6. Regardless of any change of residence or other reasons, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you plan to move, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address, taking into account the delivery timeframe. We assume no responsibility if the customer is unable to receive the product due to a change of residence or similar reasons.
7. Payment must be made in one lump sum via credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products have purchase limits. If it is discovered that purchases have exceeded these limits, we will immediately cancel the sales contract for any reason.
9. If it is discovered after the order is finalized that the customer has violated these Terms, is associated with anti-social forces, or for other unavoidable reasons, we may, at our discretion, cancel the sales contract with the customer.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding shipping fees.
