【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company under the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. Product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other terms of sale shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. Your order is confirmed the moment you click the order button.
Once the order is confirmed, no cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience will be accepted for any reason.
3. If the product is returned to us because you failed to receive it, we will hold it for 3 months from the date of return.
We can reship the product upon your request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if you fail to receive the product within that 3-month period, you will be deemed to have waived your ownership rights to the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If products are returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the contents for damage if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if the contents are found to be undamaged, the outer packaging may be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address.
Adding items to an existing order or combining shipments is also not possible after order confirmation.
6. Regardless of whether you move, relocate, or for any other reason, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order.
If you have plans to move or relocate, please consider the delivery timeframe and be careful to enter the correct shipping address when placing your order.
We shall not be held liable even if you are unable to receive the product due to moving or relocation.
7. Payment must be made in one lump sum via credit card. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have limits on the quantity that can be purchased.
If it is discovered that purchases have exceeded these limits, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you, regardless of the reason.
9. If it is discovered after order confirmation that you have violated these Terms, that you are a member of an antisocial organization, or if other unavoidable circumstances arise, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding the shipping fee.
