【Purchase Agreement】
By confirming your order, a sales contract between you and our company is established, the contents of which are specified in the following clauses (hereinafter referred to as "these terms").
Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review these terms and fully understand them before placing your order.
Details
1. The product contents, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order details and these terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, exchanges, etc., due to customer convenience will not be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is not received by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for three months after its return.
We will re-deliver (shipping costs borne by the customer) upon your request.
However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said three months, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or any other reason, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open it to check for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage is found to the contents, the exterior and packaging may be reused.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address whatsoever.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not possible.
6. Regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or any other reason, we will not deliver or transfer products to an address other than the shipping address specified at the time of the order.
If you have plans for relocation or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation or transfer.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as purchase quantity limits.
If it is discovered that a purchase exceeds these limits, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, if it is found that the customer is an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales contract with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping fee.
