【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. The details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping time, and other sales conditions for the products shall be as described in your order and these Terms.
2. An order is finalized at the moment you click the order button.
Once an order is finalized, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience will not be accepted for any reason.
3. If a product is returned to us because you failed to receive it, we will hold it for 3 months from the date of return and will reship it upon your request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the product is not claimed within said 3-month period, you will be deemed to have waived ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the outer packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the product for damage if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product itself, we may reuse the outer packaging.
5. Once an order is finalized, you cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address.
You cannot add items to an existing order or combine shipments after the order is finalized.
6. Regardless of any change of residence or relocation, we will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of the order.
If you plan to move, please ensure the delivery address is correct when ordering, taking the delivery timeframe into account.
We shall not be held liable for any inability to receive the product due to relocation or other such reasons.
7. Payment must be made in full via credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
8. Some products have purchase limits.
If it is discovered that you have exceeded the purchase limit, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you, regardless of the reason.
9. We reserve the right to cancel the sales contract if, after the order is finalized, it is discovered that you have violated these Terms, if it is found that you are affiliated with antisocial forces, or for any other unavoidable reasons as determined by our company.
In such cases, we will refund the product price excluding shipping fees.
