【Terms of Purchase】

By confirming your order, a sales agreement between you and our company is established, incorporating the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, before placing an order, please carefully review and fully understand these Terms.
Details:
1. The content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions of the product shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales agreement), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
3. If a product is delivered but not accepted by the customer and is returned to our company, we will store it for three months from the date of return.
If you request it, we will re-deliver the product (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer fails to accept the product within these three months, regardless of the reason,
the customer will be deemed to have forfeited ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to our company due to refusal of receipt, damage to the packaging, or any other reason, and if our company deems it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect for damage to the contents.
Please note that if no damage to the contents is found, the outer packaging will be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address whatsoever.
Adding items to an order or combining shipments (consolidated shipping) after order confirmation is also not permitted.
6. Our company will not deliver or forward products to an address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order, regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or any other reason.
If you plan to relocate or transfer, please consider the shipping period and ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Please note that our company shall not be held responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or similar circumstances.
7. Payment methods are limited to a single lump-sum payment by credit card. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as quantity limits.
If it is discovered that purchases exceeding these limits have been made, our company reserves the right to immediately cancel the sales agreement with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If, after order confirmation, a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered, or if the customer is found to be associated with antisocial forces,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, our company may, at its discretion, cancel the sales agreement with the customer.
In such cases, the product price minus the shipping fee will be refunded.
