【Terms of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the following terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. The product details, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other terms of sale shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. Once you click the order button, your order is final.
After the order is finalized, we cannot accept cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges for any reason at the customer's convenience.
3. If a product is delivered but not received by the customer and is returned to us, we will store it for 3 months from the date of return, and upon your request, we will reship it (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer does not claim the product within those 3 months, it will be deemed that the customer has waived ownership of the product regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, exterior damage, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the product for damage.
Please note that if the product itself is not damaged, we may reuse the outer packaging.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the shipping address under any circumstances.
Additional items or combined shipping requests cannot be accepted after the order is confirmed.
6. Regardless of moving, relocation, or any other reason, we will not ship or forward products to any address other than the shipping address provided at the time of order.
If you have plans to move or relocate, please consider the shipping timeframe and ensure the delivery address is correct when ordering.
We assume no responsibility if the customer cannot receive the product due to moving, relocation, etc.
7. Payment must be made in one lump sum via credit card. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products have purchase limits. If it is discovered that you have purchased in excess of these limits, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with you, regardless of the reason.
9. If we discover a violation of these Terms after the order is confirmed, or if it is determined that the customer is associated with anti-social forces, or if other unavoidable circumstances arise, we may cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price excluding shipping fees.
