【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
By confirming your order, a sales contract is formed between you and our company based on the items listed below (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please read these Terms carefully and ensure you fully understand them before placing your order.
Notes
1. Product content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping schedule, and other terms of sale shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. Once you click the order button, your order is final.
After the order is finalized, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted for any reason.
3. If you fail to receive the product and it is returned to our company, we will hold it for 3 months after the return. We will reship it at your request (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
However, if the product is not claimed within said 3 months, you will be deemed to have waived your ownership rights regardless of the reason, and we will dispose of the item at our discretion.
4. If products are returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damaged packaging, or other reasons, we may, at our discretion, open the package to inspect the contents for damage if we deem it necessary.
Please note that if the contents are found to be undamaged, the outer packaging may be reused.
5. Once an order is finalized, you cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or the delivery address.
We cannot add items or consolidate multiple orders into a single shipment after the order is confirmed.
6. Regardless of any change of address or relocation, we will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the one provided at the time of order.
If you plan to move or relocate, please be careful to enter the correct delivery address, considering the time until shipment.
Our company assumes no responsibility if you cannot receive the product due to relocation or moving.
7. Payment must be made via a one-time credit card payment. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have purchase limits.
If it is discovered that you have purchased beyond these limits, we will immediately cancel the sales contract regardless of the reason.
9. If we discover a violation of these Terms after the order is confirmed, if you are found to be an anti-social force, or for other unavoidable reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the sales contract at our discretion.
In such cases, we will refund the product price, excluding shipping costs.
