Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

【Terms and Conditions of Purchase】
Upon confirmation of your order, a sales contract will be established between you and our company, the contents of which are detailed in the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Therefore, please carefully review and fully understand these Terms before placing your order.
Details:
1. The product content, quantity, color, size, price, shipping period, and other sales conditions shall be as stated in your order details and these Terms.
2. When you click the order button, your order is confirmed at that moment.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations (termination of the sales contract), returns, or exchanges at the customer's convenience are not permitted, regardless of the reason.
3. If a product is returned to our company because the customer did not receive it, we will store it for 3 months after its return.
We will re-deliver the product upon your request (delivery fees will be borne by the customer).
However, if the customer fails to receive the product within the said 3-month period, regardless of the reason,
it will be deemed that the customer has abandoned ownership of the product upon the expiration of that period, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
4. If a purchased product is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, damage to the exterior, or other reasons, and we deem it necessary, we may, at our discretion, open the package to check for damage to the product inside.
Please note that if no damage is found to the product inside, the exterior and packaging may be reused. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot change any purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.) or delivery address.
Adding items to an order or consolidating shipments (combined shipping) after order confirmation is also not permitted.
6. We will not deliver or forward products to any address other than the delivery address provided at the time of order, regardless of the customer's relocation, transfer, or any other reason.
If you have plans to relocate or transfer, please consider the delivery period and ensure that you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order.
Please note that we are not responsible if the customer is unable to receive the product due to relocation, transfer, or other circumstances.
7. Payment methods are limited to credit card lump-sum payments. Other payment methods are not accepted.
8. Some products may have sales restrictions, such as quantity limits.
If a purchase exceeding these restrictions is discovered, we will immediately cancel the sales contract with the customer, regardless of the reason.
9. If a violation of these Terms by the customer is discovered after order confirmation, or if the customer is found to be an anti-social force,
or if other unavoidable circumstances are recognized, we may cancel the sales contract with the customer at our discretion.
In such cases, the product price will be refunded, deducting the shipping fee.
